Thank you for shopping with SunniUnniCrafts. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.
Order Processing & Production (Made to Order)
  • Custom Printed for You: All of our K-drama, Korean, and Hangeul concept mugs are uniquely printed only after your order is placed.
  • Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for printing, quality inspection, and packaging before your order officially ships.
  • Orders placed after noon or on weekends and holidays will begin processing and production the following business day.
Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
We currently ship to Canada and the United States. Once production is complete and your mug leaves the fulfillment center, estimated standard delivery times are as follows:
  • Shipping Within Canada: Typically 3–7 business days depending on your province.
  • Shipping To the United States: Typically 4–9 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, extreme weather, or peak holiday seasons.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. Any applicable free standard shipping promotions will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
  • Within Canada: Applicable provincial taxes (GST, HST, PST) are calculated and collected at checkout. There will be no additional customs duties due upon delivery.
  • International Orders (United States): Orders shipped to the US are typically exempt from customs fees under standard thresholds, but any local import taxes, duties, or carrier handling fees remain the customer’s responsibility if applied by US customs.
Order Tracking
As soon as your mug is printed and handed over to the shipping carrier, we will email you a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number and a direct tracking link so you can follow your package's journey.
Address Accuracy (Crucial)
Because our fulfillment system is highly automated with our printing partners, please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We are unable to change the delivery address, modify the order, or issue a free reshipment once the mug has entered the printing stage.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages
If your order is lost or delayed by the carrier, contact us and we will help you resolve the issue. If your mug arrives broken or misprinted, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy—simply email us clear photos of the defect within 30 days, and we will arrange a free replacement.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because the production process begins almost immediately after an order is placed, cancellations or design modifications can only be accommodated within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order moves into the printing status, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
